Customers are advised to check the items properly before signage on the delivery order, please be sure that our seafood are in fresh condition while deliver to you. 

If customers found seafood does not meet your expectation , please prove to our driver and report to our management, we will have replacement on the spot or in your next order. 

Once the receive acknowledgement is signed, items are not returnable or refundable.
